You know I love a good repurposed or upcycled project and today’s craft combines all my favorites: repurposing, the color orange, and pumpkins. This repurposed bundt pan pumpkin turned out so cute and will make a whimsical and unique centerpiece for fall!

If you watched yesterday’s periscope video {find me on periscope: Randi Dukes/DukesnDuchesses}, you saw that I made a quick thrift store trip and came home with two old, distressed bundt pans. They were only $1.99 each and I knew they’d be perfect for repurposing!

I spray painted them both bright glossy orange and let them dry completely. I considered distressing the edges but I loved how shiny and bright they looked so I left them intact.

I placed the bundt pans on top of each other and hot glued the centers together. The edges of these bundt pans don’t fit snugly together because of the tall centers but it really doesn’t matter. The overall look is super cute and I love the curvy edges on the one pan. It adds a bit of character and interest.

I cut a large dry branch and hot glued it into the center to act as the pumpkin stem …

… and coiled wire to mimic those coily little green things on a pumpkin stalk. It was so simple and quick to make!

I’m forcing myself to wait until September but once it hits, I’m breaking out every fall decoration I own and this repurposed bundt pan pumpkin will be part of the centerpiece on my dining room table.

It suits the eclectic style in my home and is such a fun way to give new life to some really old pans!

How clever and stink’n cute is this idea! I’ll be scouring the thrift store aisles for bundt pans now. I’m thinking this would make a fabulous Thanksgiving hostess gift filled with homemade treats inside.

This is so cute! I love the eclectic look. I think it would be adorable with mini bundt pans too for some little pumpkins.
