Beach Ball Bundt Pan Wreath

This beach ball bundt pan wreath is one of those fun and whimsical projects that you just have to make sometimes!  It really doesn’t require much of a tutorial {which is a good thing because I forgot to take pictures as I was making it!} but it’s quick and easy and it makes some really cute decor for the summer months!

To make a beach ball bundt pan wreath, you’ll need a metal thrift store bundt pan {you can find one for just a couple of dollars at your local thrift store}, craft paint, and paintbrushes.  Choosing a bundt pan that has natural divides in it will make it easier to paint equal sections but any style of pan will work.

Choose the colors you want.  I went with really standard beach ball colors {red, green, blue, and yellow} but you could toss it up a bit if you wanted and use any combination of colors that you like.

Paint the bundt pan white, let it dry completely, then divide it up and paint the sections in the appropriate color.  You can tape off the areas if you want but it’s a bit difficult to tape around the curve and it’s probably easier to just freehand the lines.

Let the paint dry completely then distress it a bit if desired.  I wasn’t going to distress mine but it got a few natural nicks when it rolled across the sidewalk {oops!} and I decided to let them stay.

Hang the wreath on your front door, use it as party decor, or create a simple summer vignette with the beach ball wreath as the star.  It’ll add a bit of whimsy to your everyday decor!
