It’s the last day of November! In our home, November was a whirlwind of projects, birthdays, company, and Thanksgiving. Let’s take a peek back at some of the creative highlights of the month.
I cut a log to make wood slice napkin rings, painted an old curio cabinet with DecoArt’s new chalky finish paint, and made some sparkly painted monogrammed {disposable} cups.
We also had a few parties.
I shared six ideas for hosting a hot cocoa party, we had a family movie night to celebrate the release of Disney Planes, I shared a simple cocktail party, Tate had some friends over for a Fairy Wings and Scary Things playdate, and I shared five tips for simple holiday entertaining.
I also got a start on some holiday projects!
I made a gingerbread house neighbor gift {filled with delicious treats} and shared a tutorial for a PVC pipe advent calendar or Christmas countdown.
No month is complete without a few sweet treats from the kitchen. This month, I whipped up some homemade thin mints {the easiest recipe ever} and shared an adults-only wild honey and cream cocktail.
And finally, I posted a few round-ups that have been really popular: 15 ways to use wood slices {I love this trend}, 11 {inedible} ways to use cranberries, and 10 ways to repurpose an old sweater.
