To make this coffee frosting, you’ll need
2 sticks of butter {1 cup}
1 container of marshmallow creme {7 or 7.5 ounces}
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons water.
With the mixer on medium to high speed, cream the butter until well whipped and creamy. Add the marshmallow creme and blend completely. Slowly add the icing sugar, mixing completely. In a separate small cup or bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in the water then add to the frosting mixture. Mix on medium speed until the coffee is mixed well throughout the icing.
Spread or pipe the icing onto your favorite baked goods {it would be amazing on warm cinnamon rolls} and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Doesn’t that sound delicious? And easy too! It’s a big favorite around our house.

I’m definitely pinning this one…for ALL the great coffee recipes in it! This frosting sounds yummy! Do I have to put it on something? Can’t I just eat it straight out of the mixing bowl? Lol! Thanks for sharing. I found you on #FoodieFriDIY
