Easy Frosted Coffee Recipe
To make frosted coffee, you’ll need vanilla ice cream and strong brewed coffee. I brew a pot of coffee double strength, using twice the coffee grounds I normally use {I use one full cup of coffee grounds for twelve cups of coffee}.
Brew the pot of coffee then place it in the fridge until it’s cool.
In a blender, mix one cup of brewed coffee and three cups of vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth.
Serve in tall glasses {this recipe makes two servings}, add a patterned paper straw {you know I can’t resist a cute paper straw}, and enjoy this sweet frosted coffee … which is really just like a fabulous coffee milkshake! Cheers!
