We’re huge coffee fans in our house and the frosted coffee recipe I made earlier this year is a favorite treat!  I decided to ramp it up for fall with a fun new version featuring a favorite flavor for the season: salted caramel frosted coffee!  This sweet treat is a delicious afternoon pick-me-up!

To make two servings of salted caramel frosted coffee, you’ll need

1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled down {I brew the coffee with one full cup of grounds for twelve cups of water}

3-4 cups vanilla ice cream

1 tablespoon caramel syrup {I use Torani syrup}

whipped cream

himalayan pink salt or something similar

In a blender, combine the coffee, ice cream, and Torani syrup, and blend until well combined.

Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel ice cream syrup, and sprinkle with salt.
