I’m so excited to be taking part in a Halloween Blog Hop today with some amazing bloggers and I’m sharing this simple Halloween treat: a push pop pumpkin just perfect for a Halloween party. And it’s so simple to make!
I started with a black faux pumpkin {you can find them at most craft stores this time of year … and if you can’t find a black one, you could always paint a white or orange one}.
I used my Silhouette to add white vinyl letters to the front of the pumpkin and then I set the pumpkin aside while I prepared the push pops.
I mixed up a few fun, seasonal ingredients with some other year-round staples for a delicious, sweet and salty candy corn snack mix. {The snack mix got two thumbs up from my kiddos … success, right?}
I filled push pop containers with the snack mix and wrapped them in orange and black patterned washi tape …
… then used an electric drill to drill holes in the pumpkin and stuck the push pops into the holes.
This self serve snack station is practical and cute, perfect for your Halloween party tablescape! Who doesn’t love a push pop pumpkin at a party?

Good morning! Wondering where you found the push up pop containers.

Where would I find the push pop containers? I live in the Philadelphia PA area.
Randi Dukes says
Wilton is selling them now so you can find them at most places that carry the Wilton line {Michaels, Hobby Lobby, even some grocery stores}. Otherwise, you can always find them online at party supply stores.

I LOVE this idea, it is such a clever way to display the push up pop containers. And I really love the idea of putting something other than candy or messy desserts in them, great idea!
