This delicious football food was created as a sponsored post for Collective Bias® #cbias.

Wanna know a little secret?  I’m not really into watching football.  But since I love a good themed gathering, I really love the tailgating and football snacks that go along with the sport.  And I have a few major sports fans living under my roof, so I like to occasionally make some football snacks and call it a party!  These buffalo chicken sliders are delicious and really easy to whip up for the next game!

tailgating recipes

I started with Tyson Buffalo Tenders {found at Sam’s Club} and grabbed a few other ingredients: Hawaiian rolls, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and ranch dressing.

tailgating recipes

The perfect tailgating recipes use the grill {thrown in the back of a truck, right?} so I put the chicken tenders on the grill and warmed it through {the chicken is already pre-cooked so that really cuts down on the prep time!} …

… then sliced it up for the sliders.

A smear of ranch dressing on each bun, a sprinkle of lettuce and a slice of tomato, a pile of sliced buffalo chicken, and you’ve got delicious, savory, easy party food!  I held the sliders together with some fun football picks found at my local party store.

My football fans loved these buffalo chicken sliders and a platter of them was gobbled up in no time.  The buffalo flavoring is delicious but not overpowering and perfect even for the youngest football fans.  They make great football food!

If these sliders have your mouth watering, head to a demo at Sam’s Club {nationwide} on October 5th, 2013.  You can chow down on some Tyson samples and play a little finger football with referees {fun, right?}!  The first 200 people that attend the demo get a free Finger Football kit to take home!  And there’s also a cool new app for your smart phone that will enhance the Finger Football experience … you’ll hear about that soon!

Happy tailgating season, everyone!
