Check the dollar store, craft stores, and big box stores for unique cups that can be embellished or used as is.

… trim it to size {leaving a space on the left for the ribbon}, punch a hole in the side, and string a ribbon or piece of tulle through.
Tie the printed tag to the handle of the mug and fill the mug up with Hershey’s kisses in your favorite flavor.
