Love Valentine Shirt

Tate had her playgroup Valentine party this morning and I used my cutting machine to whip up a little love valentine shirt for her to wear.  In ten minutes I had a quick and easy holiday shirt that’ll look so festive in photos.  Throw a little duct tape barrette into the wild mane and she’s ready to party.

She was all set to pose for a picture …

… until I asked her to move her hands away from the shirt.  This is what I got after that.

Yep, she’s two.

To make this simple shirt, I simply made a circle on my cutting machine software, outlined it, and added some text.  Then I cut it from red heat transfer {if you make one, you’ll need to reverse the text for heat transfer} and ironed it on to a plain white shirt.

The party was cute.  A pile of two year olds playing and exchanging Valentines made by the moms.

Tate couldn’t have been happier with her basket of goodies and clutched it all the way home.  I love Valentine’s Day!

Oh Tate. My Mom always told me that story about pouting – something about a lip, a rooster…
