We drink a lot of juice boxes in our house but my teens need something a bit more substantial than the average juice box. The Capri Sun Big Pouch {found at Walmart} is perfect! It’s big enough to quench their thirst and the flavors are delicious.
Capri Sun Big Pouch Maui Cooler is a favorite but we all like Capri Sun Big Pouch Strawberry Kiwi and Capri Sun Big Pouch Fruit Punch too!
They’re perfect for throwing in a lunchbox or a gym bag or clipping to a belt or backpack for a bike ride or a hot Texas outing.
And right now, you can enter a really cool contest: Picking to Win with Capri Sun Big Pouch! Contest winners {plus three guests} will fly to Nashville, Tennessee and do a half day pick with Mike Wolfe, creator and star of American Pickers on History. I record and watch every episode of American Pickers and that would be a dream come true! Kennedy, my favorite dumpster diving teen, would definitely go with me!
You can enter the contest by clicking on the link above and uploading a picture of something cool that you’ve picked. One lucky winner will get the trip but a hundred other winners will get Capri Sun Pickers Prize Packs that include the Kid Pickers book, a messenger bag, a magnifying glass, gloves, bandanas, flashlights, journal, pen, t-shirt, and carabiners! Watch this fun webisode for a little more information.
If you read this blog regularly, you already know that I love to do a little picking at flea markets, garage sales, and dumpsters. I put together my own picking kit filled with things that I take when I’m going to be spending a day junking.
And you knew I had to include a little DIY project, right? My wipes case is made from four recycled Capri Sun juice boxes and a bit of duct tape. Let me show you how you can make one.
1. You’ll need four empty, rinsed juice boxes, duct tape, and a small wipes pouch.
2. Turn two juices boxes face down, and join them with a strip of duct tape.
3. Cover the entire area with strips of duct tape.
4. Cut the other two juices in half, join them as in step 2, then wrap duct tape over the open edges.
5. Place the pieces together and wrap the edges in duct tape, joining them together.
6. Place the wipes pouch inside the case and pull the wipes through the opening.
Easy, right?
I’m grabbing my picking kit and entering the contest myself with one of my latest curbside treasures: this corner chair that needs a bit of revamping {and some new legs}. It’s such a fun, unique find and I can’t wait to completely update it and share it with you.
What have you picked lately?

I had no idea that Capri Suns came in a big pouch like this. So absolutely handy. I’ll be heading out and grocery shopping this weekend ~ adding to my (ever growing) list of things to buy.
