I’ve been experimenting with some lemon dip combinations to come up with some easy snack or dessert ideas and this tart and delicious easy lemon fluff dip recipe is a clear winner. It only has three ingredients which is about as simple as it gets, and the flavor is so good! It’s the perfect mid-afternoon treat or a delightful {and somewhat light} way to end a spring or summer meal.
To make this easy lemon fluff dip, all you need are three basic ingredients: a container of marshmallow fluff, a block of cream cheese, and a bit of bottled or fresh lemon juice.
If you find the dip to be too tart for your taste buds, you can always add a little bit of white sugar or powdered sugar to sweeten it up. We like the tart flavor so the sweetness of the marshmallow fluff is enough but it can obviously be customized however you like.
{Ingredient measurements and full instructions can be found in the printable recipe card found further down in this post.}
Simply whip the three ingredients together, by hand or with an electric mixer, and serve immediately or chill the dip until you’re ready to serve. {This dip stores nicely in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days. Just give it a little whip with a fork before serving.}
Lemon fluff dip is delicious served alongside graham sticks or crackers, with fresh fruit like strawberries and grapes, or even with salty dippers like pretzels or pretzel thins. Garnish with a lemon wedge or lemon slice and you’re all set with a delicious dessert idea.
A tart and delicious three-ingredient lemon dip recipe. 1. Using a fork or an electric mixer, whip the marshmallow fluff and cream cheese together until well combined. 2. Add the lemon juice and stir gently. 3. Serve alongside fresh fruit, graham crackers, or pretzels.
