Kissed Caramel Mule

Smirnoff provided product for this post but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

It’s cocktail time and I’ve got a delicious recipe for you: a kissed caramel mule!  It’s the perfect signature drink for this season’s holiday parties … or a great drink to help you get through the craziness of the holiday season {wink}!

kissed caramel mule

To make this holiday cocktail, you’ll need Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Flavored Vodka {you’ll want to take a big swig as soon as you smell the sweet caramel scent!}, ginger ale, club soda, a fresh lime, and bitters.

smirnoff kissed caramel vodka

In a glass over ice, mix 1.5 ounces Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Flavored Vodka, 1.5 ounces ginger ale, 1.5 ounces club soda, a squeeze of lime, and a dash of bitters.

If you like a little less zing to your drink, use a bit less vodka.  One ounce is just right for me.

lime garnish on drink

To add a festive flair, garnish with a few caramel candies and a lime zest swirl stuck on a skewer.  Your guests will be impressed!

The only thing that can make this drink any better is having copper mules to serve it in … I may have to add those to my Christmas list!

Hi! I’m thinking the ingredients for this recipe would make a great gift this holiday season. I’m not much of a drinker….so I have to ask, what is “a dash of bitter”. Where do I find bitter? Thank you!

Bitters is an alcoholic ingredient that adds flavor and you can find it an any liquor store, often in tiny bottles. You’re right – this would make SUCH a great gift!

This is a pretty tasty drink. I did use ginger beer (because that is what I had) rather than ginger ale. I enjoyed it a lot.
