How to Make a Felted Wool Garland

I love a pretty felted wool garland!  A couple of nights ago I did a google hangout, now posted on youtube, sharing how simple it is to make one with nothing but an old wool sweater and wire.

This is such a great and easy way to upcycle an old sweater that you might have lying around … or you can hit up the thrift store.  One sweater will make a lot of garlands!
