I shared my daughter’s coloring party this week and now I want to share one of the party activities: color-your-own tote bags, the perfect party activity or party favor!  These bags can be whipped up with just a few simple supplies and the kids will have a great time customizing their bags at the party!

To make these coloring page tote bags, you’ll need iron-on transfer paper, white canvas tote bags, and colorful fabric markers.  You’ll also need one of your favorite coloring books.

Scan a page from the coloring book into your computer.  If needed, use photo editing software to alter the contrast and the white background.

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to print the coloring page onto the iron-on transfer paper.

Trim the transfer paper design to fit the front of the tote bag and iron on to the tote, following package instructions.

This is such a fun and simple party activity that doubles as a favor and the kids will love creating their own little bags.
