In the summer months, I love the taste of fresh fruit and tropical flavors.  This simple coconut fruit dip recipe contains only four ingredients, is delicious, and makes the perfect light snack or dessert that’s just right for dipping your favorite fruit!

coconut fruit dip

To make this easy four-ingredient coconut fruit dip, you’ll need

3 tablespoons of Torani coconut syrup

8 or 12 ounces of whipped cream cheese

7 ounces marshmallow creme and

1/4 cup shredded coconut.

In a medium sized bowl, use a fork to mix the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until well blended.

Stir in the tablespoons of coconut syrup and gently fold in the shredded coconut.  Add more shredded coconut as desired.

Serve in your favorite small dish, refrigerating any leftovers.  Garnish with a sprig of mint, a slice of fruit, or a little toasted coconut, and serve with your favorite fruit for dipping.  Strawberries are delicious and cherries are one of my favorites with this light dip!

The tropical flavor of this dip make it perfect for summer entertaining.  Plus, it’s so easy to make meaning it works perfectly for a last minute treat or drop-in company!
