Ingredients for Caramel Whipped Coffee
The great thing about making whipped coffee is that it takes hardly any ingredients. And the ingredients that it does use are things that most of us have in our house all the time.
To make it, you’ll need instant coffee, white sugar, water, caramel flavored syrup, and milk. {Measurements and full instructions can be found in the printable recipe card further down in this post.}
My daughter is lactose intolerant so she’s been making her whipped coffee with almond milk and said it’s been great. You could probably use any milk substitute {I bet oat milk would be delicious}.
If you don’t have caramel syrup, you can use any other flavor, or leave it out altogether.
How to Make Whipped Coffee
In a small bowl, combine the instant coffee and water and whisk or stir well until the coffee is fully dissolved.
Add the sugar and use a hand held electric mixer to blend. Start slowly to stir the ingredients together then speed up to whip the ingredients. Continue until the mixture looks like whipped cream.
Add ice cubes to a glass and pour the milk over top.
Add the flavored syrup and stir.
Top the flavored milk with a large dollop of coffee whip.
Stir the whip into the milk to blend the flavors together.
The result is a strong, slightly sweet, coffee-flavored drink that’s absolutely delicious!
