Bunny Bottom Fruit Dip

Easter is coming quickly and this bunny bottom fruit dip is a fun addition to Easter brunch or just a festive snack for the kids.  With only two ingredients, it can be whipped up {literally} in no time and will bring smiles to your family!

To make this fluffy fruit dip, you’ll need a small jar of marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff and one container of whipped cream cheese.

You’ll also need jumbo marshmallows, a pink edible marker, and small round pastry size cutters.  You can find those supplies easily through the affiliate links below.

Whip up the fluffy fruit dip first.  In a bowl, mix the whipped cream cheese and the marshmallow fluff together, whipping with a fork.  So simple, right?  Only two ingredients and it’s delicious!  You can use block cream cheese if you already have that in the fridge but it will be tougher to whip up.  Let it sit at room temperature for a short time to soften before you try to mix it or you’ll end up with lots of lumps.

Now’s the fun part: you get to create the bunny bottom topper.  Take one jumbo marshmallow and cut it in half for the bunny’s body.  Using the other half of that marshmallow and a small pastry cutter, cut a round tail.  I used a scalloped edge cutter to give the fluffy tail a bit more detail.  Place it on top of the bunny’s body.  Now cut another jumbo marshmallow in half and cut two more circles from those halves.  Using the pink edible marker, draw the paw details onto the small circles.

The dip is delicious {you’ll want to eat it with a spoon} and the kids will love the bunny bottom detail!  It’s such a fun and sweet little treat for Easter!

I added a little bit of strawberry jam. It was just enough to tint it and give it a light fruity flav
