I live in Texas where football fever dramatically fluctuates with every win and loss but the one thing we can all agree on is we love a game day party and a table full of game day food! I can’t help your team but I can help your food game … and these buffalo chicken avocado toast bites will make any fan cheer!

Buffalo Chicken Avocado Toast Bites Recipe
To make these buffalo chicken avocado bites, you’ll need
1 long, thin baguette
2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh or bottled
3 teaspoons TABASCO® Sauce, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup wing sauce
2 tbsp olive oil, and
1/2 package of frozen chicken tenders.
Preheat the oven, place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet, and cook according to the package instructions.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the crostini by slicing the baguette on the diagonal into one inch slices.
In a small dish, mix the olive oil with 1 teaspoon of TABASCO® Sauce and brush over the bread slices.
TABASCO® Sauce is a great condiment and the perfect ingredient to add a kick of flavor and a little spice and excitement to any snack or meal. Made with only three simple ingredients {red peppers, salt, and vinegar}, the flavor will take any recipe to the next level.
Bake the bread slices at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
While the bread is in the oven, prepare the avocado topping. Avocados From Mexico are one of my favorite ingredients because they’re healthy, delicious, and always in season.
Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Use a fork to mash coarsely then add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons TABASCO® Sauce. {TABASCO® Sauce accents and deepens flavors when used as an ingredient.}
Mix well.
One of the great things about guacamole is it’s completely versatile. Make it as I suggested or add your favorite ingredients to customize it.
Spread the avocado mixture generously on each toasted bread slice.
When the chicken is cooked, cool it slightly and toss with the wing sauce until well coated.
Slice the chicken and place slices on top of the avocado on each piece of crostini.
Display on a platter {alongside extra TABASCO® Sauce in case guests like a little more flavor to their favorite foods} and serve with RITAS.
