Layered Greek Appetizer

I made this quick layered greek appetizer for Bunko the other night and thought I’d share the recipe here because it was a crowd favorite.  It’s so fresh tasting and has a delicious, savory combination of flavors that work perfectly together.

greek appetizer recipe

To make this easy greek appetizer, you’ll need

1 package {8 ounces} softened or whipped cream cheese

1/2 cup miracle whip salad dressing

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1 cup chopped cucumber

1/4 cup chopped olives

1 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herb {or the mediterranean flavor}

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the miracle whip until well blended.  Spread evenly on a dinner plate or small serving platter.

Layer the tomatoes, cucumber, and olives over the cream cheese mixture, sprinkling them evenly on top.

Sprinkle with the crumbled feta cheese.

Greek appetizer

Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

This dip is so simple and perfect for last minute entertaining or a quick bite during happy hour.
