Santa Belt Gift Wrap

Remember a few weeks ago when I shared my morning coffee routine?  Well, I may have a problem.  That entire bag of Holiday Blend coffee is gone and I’m on to a new batch.  I love my coffee.  And this time I’m packaging it with a little Santa belt gift wrap.

This time around I bought a bag of Starbucks Limited Edition Holiday Blend bagged coffee at Sam’s Club …

… and paired it with Artisan Fresh Tiramisu from the bakery.  Oh my.

#DeliciousPairings

I love brewing Starbucks coffee at home and I can drink a whole pot all by itself but it might have been even better paired with the tiramisu.  The tiramisu really brought out the cinnamon tones in the coffee.

#DeliciousPairings

I decided to share my delicious pairings find and take some coffee and tiramisu to the office staff at my twins’ school.  I had to craft it up a bit and make it Christmas-y so I made a little Santa belt to wrap around the package.  If you follow me on instagram, you may have seen this photo … I couldn’t resist a little coffee while crafting.

I cut a strip of red knit fabric three inches wide and long enough to wrap around the package and overlap slightly and then cut a strip of black vinyl two inches wide {and the same length}.  I also cut a square of white fabric and cut a square out of the middle of it.

I stacked the bag of coffee on top of the tiramisu and wrapped the red strip around and sealed it with a dab of hot glue.

I wrapped the black vinyl on top of the red and glued the white buckle on top.

And there you have it: cute but simple DIY Santa belt gift wrap for our school administrators.

What food gifts are you giving this Christmas?
