Spring is in the air {at least in Texas} and I’m in the mood to plant some flowers, get the pool ready for  long afternoons of swimming, and tackle a few fun and unique outdoor DIY projects.  Are you starting to feel like that too?  Then you’ll love these ideas!  I collected 16 projects for the garden and yard that’ll have you yearning for summer … and a colorful summer at that!
