I saw the cutest wood veneer bunny garland in Pottery Barn Kids last week and knew those simple little wood bunnies would translate into super cute holiday table decor. I made a set of wood veneer bunny napkin rings to use for Easter dinner and I think they’ll look especially cute at the kids’ table!
Let me show you how easy it is to make this table decor. {This post contains affiliate links.}
To make these simple bunny napkin rings, you’ll need thin pieces of wood veneer, small white pom poms or felt balls, and napkin rings or ribbons. You’ll also need a glue gun to assemble the pieces.
Use your cutting machine software to create the bunny. I couldn’t find a bunny shape I wanted to use so I downloaded a simple bunny head in Cricut Design Space then added a circle overlapping below to form the body. Make the bottom circle width slightly bigger than the head. Select the entire thing and align it in the center.
Select it and weld it together to become one piece. Super easy, right?
Use thin wood veneer and cut the bunnies on your Cricut machine. You’ll need to use the custom setting.
Use a hot glue gun to add little white felt balls or fluffy pom poms as tails then use a dab of hot glue to attach the bunnies to a store bought napkin ring or a piece of ribbon that can be tied around a napkin.
Place the rings on colorful napkins …
… and you’ll have a quick and easy idea for an adorable Easter tablescape!

What a special idea! I didn’t know that you could use a Cricut to cut wood veneer. Another reason I need to get one!!!
