If you’re going to turn two, you should do it in style. Tate will spend half of her upcoming birthday party in a swimsuit and I decided it needed a little fancying up. I found a swimsuit at the dollar store {in the party colors, no less} and added a little tutu.
There’s really nothing cuter than baby legs under fluffy tulle, is there?
