Spooky Treats for Halloween Celebrations

These spooky treats for Halloween celebrations were created as part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias® #cbias.

I love holidays and I especially love hosting theme parties and creating fun treats for my kids.  With Halloween approaching, I thought they’d enjoy these simple but spooky treats that are perfect for Halloween celebrations.

spooky treats for halloween

I bought a variety pack of mini chocolate bars that included all of our favorites {and since I didn’t need the M&M’s for these treats, we may have snacked on those!} …

… along with bottles of 7UP and Hawaiian Punch {in Fruit Juicy Red flavor}, the perfect ingredients for a Halloween punch!

halloween celebrations

I filled cups with half Hawaiian Punch and half 7UP, then added a scoop of vanilla ice cream and topped it with a bloodshot edible eyeball.  As the ice cream melted, the drink frothed up, making it look like it might have been mixed up in a cauldron {wink}.

The punch tasted great and looked spooky … the best combination for Halloween recipes, right?

To go along with the spooky punch, I used mini chocolate bars to make little mummies.  They turned out pretty cute and not so spooky but they were still a hit with the kiddos!

To make them, I simply melted white chocolate and piped it in strips over the mini chocolate bars then used a toothpick to add tiny eyes.  It took no time to make this fun snack and you could easily whip up a pile of them for your Halloween party!

Two super easy treats for a fun Halloween.  What’s your favorite treat for Halloween?
