A Personalized Dog Food Tray

Simply Natural Dog Food provided compensation for this personalized dog food tray post but all thoughts and opinions are my own.  This post contains affiliate links.

I have the messiest dog ever.  When she wants more food, she tips over her water bowl.  When she eats, she leaves a trail of crumbs and dog food.  In order to contain her eating area and keep my floor cleaner, I made her a personalized dog food tray.  It will keep things tidier and it’ll prevent the kids from filling up two bowls with dog food and no bowls with water {does that happen at your house?}.

I used a wooden, wipeable tray and added vinyl lettering {cut with my cutting machine} to mark the spots for food and water {hungry and thirsty … cute right?}.

And then I filled the bowls up with water and a new dog food that my dog, Molly, is LOVING.  You see, not only is my dog messy but she’s also a super picky eater.  She’ll tear up a diaper without a thought but ignore a bowl of fresh dog food for days.  Gross, right?  We often joke that she goes on hunger strikes.  If I fill her bowl up with a dog food she doesn’t like, she just refuses to eat.

Fortunately, she’s loving Simply Natural Dog Food.  Simply Natural is an ultra-premium dog food that you can buy at the grocery store.  It doesn’t contain any grains, animal by-product meals, fillers, artificial flavors, artificial colors, or preservatives.

The dog food comes in chicken or beef flavors and is available in two different package sizes.

Molly is a big fan of the chicken flavor!  Meat is the first ingredient in the dog food, making it a tasty meal for my picky pup.

… and Molly ate more food than she’s had in a week!  I’m so glad to have found something she likes and something I can feel good about feeding her.

This is such a cute idea – our cats take the food out of their bowl to eat (weirdos, ha ha!) so this tray would be a perfect solution! Glad Molly found something delicious and healthy!!
