Yesterday my little one went to a super cute Frozen party and we decided to take along a gift that matched the theme. This Olaf gift wrap was really simple to make and I had all the supplies at home. With just a few minutes of work, our Olaf present was ready to go!
I started by wrapping the gift in plain white paper. It really doesn’t matter what shape the gift is. Ours was super long and a bit odd-shaped but anything can be transformed into Olaf. If white paper isn’t available, try flipping wrapping paper. The inside is often plain white.
After wrapping, create Olaf’s face. Don’t worry if it doesn’t look perfect. Mine is far from perfect but the overall look is cute.
Start with a whimsical carrot nose cut from paper, add eyes, draw eyebrows with markers, add a large happy mouth, and glue on white paper teeth.
Cut random polygons in charcoal shapes for the buttons …
… and glue twigs on each side for Olaf’s arms. I split the twig a bit at the end to create a hand.
The final step is to glue pipecleaners to the top of Olaf’s head.
Done! It’s simple and cute and any Frozen-loving little one will be happy to receive it {my little Elsa was so happy to deliver it!}.
Wouldn’t this be a cute way to decorate a Christmas present for a child?
