Nestle Crunch Brownie Trifles in Mason Jars

I made these nestle crunch brownie trifles in mason jars as part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias®.

 I grew up in Canada where we had two kinds of Girl Guide cookies: chocolate and vanilla.  When I moved to the States, I was amazed at all the Girl Scout cookie choices.  I like a lot of the flavors but samoa is my very favorite.  I love the caramel and coconut mix!  When I found out that Nestle Crunch Bars in Girl Scout Flavors were available in stores for a limited time, I couldn’t wait to try them.  I knew they’d be delicious in a layered brownie trifle.  And everything is cuter in a mason jar, right?

I went to Walmart to buy the supplies I needed and came home to make a fun dessert for my family.

I baked a pan of chewy fudge brownies and used the lid of the mason jar to cut circles, then squeezed the circular brownies into the bottom of the mason jar.

For the next layer, I chopped up Caramel and Coconut Nestle Crunch Bars and sprinkled them on top of the brownie in each jar.  The Caramel and Coconut bars are the Samoa Girl Scout recipe … and the perfect flavor combination for my trifle!  {This trifle would be equally good with any of the Nestle Crunch Bar flavors … can’t you just taste a thin mint recipe?}

A small scoop of vanilla ice cream came next …

… followed by a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel syrup, and a sprinkle of toffee bits.

I tied a bit of twine around each jar and let my kids taste test the brownie trifles.

They were absolutely delicious!  Rich and sweet and filled with crunchy coconut and caramel flavor!

We made them again when friends came for dinner and they got cheers from the kiddos and adults alike!  Who can resist layer upon layer of chocolatey goodness?

Have you tried Nestle Crunch Bars in Girl Scout flavors?  Don’t wait too long … they’re available for a limited time only!
