These DIY napkin rings were created as part of a sponsored post for Teleflora and Millennial Blogs. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
‘Tis the season of tablescapes, right? During the holiday season I set a lot of different tables, many themed, and I’m always looking for cheap and simple ways to tie together the table decor. Today I’m going to show you how to make DIY napkin rings to match your tablescape … while spending very little.
The inspiration for my tablescapes often start with the centerpiece. This vibrant maple leaf bouquet from Teleflora is such a beautiful fall centerpiece and I love the maple leaf embellished glass container {the Canadian in me may be a bit partial to maple leaves}. I knew that gold leaf would be the perfect element to carry through a tablescape.
I went to the floral department of my local craft store and found a variety of gold leaves that would be great additions to the table. I was so thrilled to find leaves that looked much like the leaf on the vase! I scattered large leaves down the center of the table to form a glittery table runner …
… and used smaller leaves {cut from floral picks} and gold wire to make DIY napkin rings.
I cut a piece of gold wire then threaded it through the center of the leaf {if your floral item doesn’t have holes like this one does, simply poke a tiny hole in the center to weave the wire in and out} …
… shaped it around a small round glass, and used needle nose pliers to twist the ends together.
It’s so simple to make napkin rings and they add a beautiful touch to each place setting. There are so many great items in the floral department and the ideas for DIY napkin rings are endless.
I love the way these napkin rings make the leaf on the vase stand out and add a bit of bling to the table.
These bold, colorful flowers are brightening up our dining room table …
… and adding so much beauty to our home.
And when the flowers fade away, I plan to repurpose the glass container in my decor. I love the idea of stacking a gold charger on top of it and using it as an elevated cake stand … or as a pretty way to hold cutlery and napkins on our day-after-Thanksgiving buffet.
Are you decorating with beautiful bouquets this holiday season?

Your napkin ring are lovely! They will add just enough bling to your tablescape without going overboard.
