Hometalk on the News

I had a fun little adventure this week, representing Hometalk on a local news station!  {If you follow me on instagram, you may have seen my sweaty palms photo taken outside the studio.}

hometalk on tv

If you haven’t heard of Hometalk before, it’s the largest social network for home and garden enthusiasts on the web.  It takes less than a minute to join Hometalk and it’s free.  From there, you can upload your own projects, clip projects you enjoy, find home and garden professionals in your area, and glean all kinds of DIY inspiration.

I did a brief live segment on a local news station where I shared two DIY organization projects, both using color-coding for kids: color-coded Lego organization and color-coded hair clip organization.  You can view the clip below … and then be sure to head over to Hometalk to check out the awesome inspiration!
