A couple of weeks ago I told you I’d share this super simple summer recipe with you. We love this grilled treat, especially because it has an element of healthy in it. It’s really yummy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it too {after the grilling, of course!}.
Place a banana on a rectangle of foil, then split it down the middle but be careful not to cut through the bottom of the peel.
Grab a handful of these new mini graham crackers {aren’t they just the cutest?} …
… and stuff them, side by side, into the banana.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips …
… and marshmallows …
… then wrap tightly in foil and stick them on the grill.
They’re done when the chocolate chips are melted and the marshmallows are ooey gooey.
Enjoy!

I’ve seen these before and always wanted to try them. Good to know they are delicious! Thanks.
These look so yummy. May try them for the 4th. I’ve never seen these graham crackers before though.
I just heard of this so very very cool. I heard you could do this camping too. Thanks for posting!
