Grilled S’More Bananas

A couple of weeks ago I told you I’d share this super simple summer recipe with you.  We love this grilled treat, especially because it has an element of healthy in it.  It’s really yummy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it too {after the grilling, of course!}.

Place a banana on a rectangle of foil, then split it down the middle but be careful not to cut through the bottom of the peel.

Grab a handful of these new mini graham crackers {aren’t they just the cutest?} …

… and stuff them, side by side, into the banana.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips …

… and marshmallows …

… then wrap tightly in foil and stick them on the grill.

They’re done when the chocolate chips are melted and the marshmallows are ooey gooey.

Enjoy!
