Today my sweet surprise baby is three!  Her dolly party will take place later this afternoon and she’s so excited!

The guests will go home with these gable boxes decorated like little houses.

I used scrapbook paper in the party colors to add simple details.

Each box has a patterned roof, shutters on a front window, and a little door with a button doorknob.

On the back of each box there’s a big picture window with shutters.

Tomorrow I’ll show you what’s inside these cute little houses.

{updated: click here to see the contents of these little boxes}

Other dolly party details:

doll face vanilla wafers

paper doll invitations

little doll candleholders

a birthday dress

… and one for dolly too
