A Wine Spritzer Bar

Yesterday I shared a wine spritzer recipe and today I want to share a fun idea for setting up a wine spritzer bar.  It’s such a simple way to entertain during the summer months and is the perfect idea for a girl’s night in!

wine spritzer bar

To set up a wine spritzer bar, start by choosing a clear counter space, a bar cart, or even a tiered basket to hold the different items.  You’ll need enough wine glasses for all the guests, paper straws or stir sticks, small bowls for fruit stir-ins, and the wine spritzer ingredients: wine, club soda, and fruit.

If you want to make it easy, grab the supplies you’ll need by clicking the photos below.

Set up the wine spritzer bar in a natural assembly line progression.  Start with lots of wine glasses, add a bucket full of ice cubes …

… and then set out a variety of chilled wines, both red and white, and chilled club soda.  If you want spritzers that are on the sweeter side, add a bottle of ginger ale as well.

Set out a selection of fruit to stir in to the spritzers.  Orange slices, lemon and lime slices, cantaloupe, strawberries, and grapes are all great choices.

Add a container of stir sticks {paper straws cut in half work perfectly} …

… and invite guests to mix up their wine spritzer creations!  You might even want to write the wine spritzer recipe on a chalkboard on the wine spritzer bar to really make it easy!
