A Splash of Color

The quest to add color to our house continued over the weekend.

Our butler’s pantry is very small and very white.  I forgot to take a photo until after I had taped off but you get the idea.  White counters {bleck}, white tiled backsplash {bleck}, and whitish walls.

I went bright and used my True Turquoise paint sample from Glidden.  It looks great against the white doors and the yellow, tea-stained kitchen walls …

… and makes my candle-holding vintage ladle stand out.

I don’t love it against the backsplash but once the counters and backsplash are changed out {this year, I hope}, I think it’ll look fantastic.

Next splash of color: the upstairs hallway.

Nice color. John`s hoping for more color and I keep hoping someone else will choose it. John`s color blind and I am color challenged!
