I love clocks and lately I’ve seen some fabulous DIY clocks to make. I gathered up fifteen {plus} ideas that would all make great accents in a home!
This stenciled clock has a fun houndstooth pattern but the real fun is made with quirky, eclectic three-dimensional numbers.
This yellow clock looks like a flower but it’s actually made from plastic spoons! What a novel and budget-friendly idea.
This chalkboard clock is made from a thrift store pot lid. Perfect for a kitchen, right? I love the black and white contrast.
Or you can make a clock from a simple piece of reclaimed wood.
A cereal box can be upcycled into a really fun and colorful cuckoo clock.
This clock made from a vintage record would look really fun in a media or game room …
… and these clocks made with fabric and embroidery hoops would be perfect for a craft room … or really, any room. These are definitely a favorite for me.
This colorful clock made from wooden circles is so bright and happy, isn’t it?
And this bicycle wheel clock is completely unique. What a great upcycle, from the tire to the yardstick hands!
This clock was made from a $1 vintage ceiling tile found at a flea market … another unique upcycle.
I love this clock made from books … it has me wanting to find some classic hardcovers at the thrift stores.
Art supplies make a creative clock like this colored marker clock …
… or you could dig into the toybox and copy this clock made with figurines {this one is on my project list}.
How about a paint chip clock? This idea could be personalized to match any room.
A clock made from an old drawer has a perfect vintage feel …
… and so does a sunburst necktie clock. What a great way to upcycle a pile of old thrift store ties.
Such fun ideas … which one do you like the best?
