The Cutie Pie Onesie

One of my closest lifelong friends just had her fourth baby so I put together a little package of goodies to mail this week.  The package included two onesies that I embellished.

I’m lovin’ this first one.  This idea has probably been done before although I’ve never seen it.  The idea is similar to my little turkey shirts.

Isn’t that fun?  I used white flocked heat transfer to give it a softer look.  The shape is pie {how obvious is that?} and the font is Milk Cocoa {both cut with the Silhouette}.

I also made a monogrammed onesie, adhering a fabric initial onto the shirt using Silhouette sewable interfacing.

Embellishing a little shirt is such a simple way to make a unique baby gift.

I’ve started truncating my posts … please pop over to my blog to read the rest!
