Locker Decorating Ideas

These locker decorating ideas from LockerLookz are part of a sponsored post for Blueprint Social and their client.  All thoughts and opinions are mine.

I never thought I’d say this but I want to go back to middle school.  I want Rosalind to be my locker partner again and I want to be back in the seventh grade.  No, no … not because I relish middle school drama or I want to re-learn geometry.  I just want to decorate my locker with LockerLookz.

Regular school lockers are fine, right?  Functional and practical.  Drab and boring, but definitely functional and practical.

Have you ever imagined that they could be so much better?  A school locker can be completely transformed!

With LockerLookz products {affiliate link}, you can take a school locker from drab to fab!  With unique colors and prints, a plain old school locker can look amazing and be a reflection of your daughter’s personality.

I’ll be honest, I was expecting decorating a locker with these products to feel a bit labor intensive but it was anything but.  It was easy {no cutting, no adhesive, no messes} and so much fun!  I wanted to volunteer to be on a locker decorating committee for our local middle school!

I applied wallpaper to the back of the locker and the door.  The wallpaper comes in different sizes for each spot, eliminating any cutting and there’s no adhesive involved so there’s no damage to school lockers either!

The wallpaper is attached with strong {cute} magnets that hold it in place.  No slipping, no sliding, just cute patterned locker walls!

I added a pink shag rug …

… and a chandelier!  I might have squealed just a little when I attached the adorable magnetic chandelier to the top of the locker.  This is when I decided I definitely wanted to go back to middle school.

A few more fun blinged-out touches like a mirror, a couple of bins for pens and other supplies …

… and a magnet for memos and this locker went from old school to new and cool!

Doesn’t it look amazing?  My little girls are now begging me to find some old lockers for their room so they can bling them out with these locker decorating ideas!  And I have to say, I’m pretty tempted!

Wouldn’t it be fun to help your daughter grab some supplies to try these locker decorating ideas this summer?  The colors and patterns can all be mixed together to allow girls to express their personalities.

My favorite piece is the chandelier! But I also like everything with the polka dot patterns! I’m a polka dot freak!

I love the patterned paper as well as the shelf and shag rug! My daughter is starting middle school in the fall and is probably the MOST excited about getting a locker. How fun!

I’m sorry, but why can’t a boy put this in HIS locker? I caution you about making the assumptions about gender that were made in this post. It’s not super inclusive or politically correct. Just FYI!
(Though I do like the blue flowers! Everyone can be uber-girly once in a while, right? 😛 Breaking my own rules for the sake of fun!)
