Sandra’s Summer Carnival in New York

In the last twenty-four hours, a super fun opportunity dropped in my lap.

You all know who Sandra Lee is, right?  When I think of Sandra Lee, I think of coordinating tablescapes, themed gatherings, semi-homemade food, and fun cocktails.

Well now she’s also launching an exclusive collection of home products, Sandra by Sandra Lee.  The collection is available in Kmart and Sears stores this month.

The fun opportunity?  On Thursday, I’m hopping on a plane to New York City to take part in Sandra’s Summer Carnival, a launch of her new collection!

I’ll be checking out the new products during a store visit with Sears Design and Merchandising Representatives, having brunch with Sandra Lee, and joining her for some hands-on workshops.  I want to pinch myself!  I can’t wait to tell you all about it when my whirlwind trip comes to an end.

In the meantime, let’s take a little sneak peek at some of the new Sandra by Sandra Lee collection.

I love the bright, vivid colors.  Everything looks fun and cheery, perfect for cooking, perfect for entertaining. I haven’t seen one thing I don’t like. It really seems like a practical but pretty line.

And the collection will be affordable, a word I love to hear.  Sandra wants to help customers “live their lives beautifully and simply” … a great goal, isn’t it?

I’m so excited to head to New York City {for my first time} and take part in Sandra’s Summer Carnival.  {And if I weren’t freaking out about what to wear I’d be in a state of complete bliss.}  I’ll share more on the other side!

This is so fun! I am very excited. You are so well deserving.
I think the Sandra by Sandra Lee is lovely. I really like the yellow oven mitts.
Wear something with orange. Not only is it your favorite color but I read somewhere (therefore it must be true) that orange is a great color to wear when making a good and lasting impression. You are going to be great!
