A Pumpkin Smoothie

‘Tis the season for pumpkin everything and I have a delicious pumpkin smoothie recipe to share with you! It’s loaded with pumpkin {which makes it instantly healthy, right?} and has a special ingredient that adds that fabulous pumpkin pie flavor. And the best part? This smoothie only has five ingredients!

The special ingredient in this smoothie is International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee creamer! Have you seen it in your store yet? It’s one of the fall seasonal flavors {which means you need to grab it while you can}.

pumpkin pie spice creamer

To make this pumpkin smoothie, in a blender, blend 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee creamer, 1 cup canned pumpkin, 1 1/2 cups crushed ice, and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend until the ingredients are combined well and the ice is completely crushed and mixed.

Pour it into two glasses {you may have a bit left over} and garnish with whipped cream, if desired. You can also add a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon on top.

Grab a straw and enjoy! And be sure to pick up some International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee creamer before the season comes to an end!
