Knit Fingerless Gloves

I love to knit but especially at this time of year.  Curling up under a blanket with my needles and a show seems like a great way to spend a fall evening.

Last week four of my kids had dentist appointments which allowed me to sneak in hours of knitting and I completed these fingerless gloves.
The pattern is Rosy Fingerless Gloves by Nona Davenport {a download found here}.  The pattern was simple and quite quick to knit.

I used leftover yarn from my stash … a deep charcoal grey for the gloves and bright turquoise for the rosette.

These will be perfect for chilly Texas mornings.
