Junking at Round Top

I spent the day at our Hometalk blogger meet-up in Round Top yesterday and while I recover from the long drive and all the walking, I thought I’d share a little sneak peek at our day.  It was so fun except for one problem: phone coverage was sporadic and we missed meeting up with some of our group.  I’m hoping everyone that attended still enjoyed their time and found some great treasures.

This was my first trip to the market at Round Top and it didn’t disappoint.  I think I could have spent a week there and still have things left to see.  I already can’t wait to go back!

Tents and buildings were filled with antique furniture, old fixtures, salvaged pieces, and more olive buckets than you can imagine.  I came home with a few fun vintage treasures that I’ll share with you soon.

I didn’t bring home any of these red metal numbers …

… or a single letter {aren’t those just amazing?} …

… but I did have so much fun picking through junk and jewels and loved meeting some fabulous bloggers!  It was a memorable day and I can’t wait for another day of treasure hunting.
