Caramel Apple Placecards

These caramel apple placecards were made as part of a sponsored post for Market Street.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Do you have certain things that just make it feel like fall?  Caramel apples do that for me.  Apples and orchards and chocolate and caramel … it all just shouts fall.  And those caramel apples are even better when they’re turned into caramel apple placecards that look perfect in a fall tablescape.

Beautiful gourmet caramel apples are available right now at Market Street.  They’re made fresh daily with a variety of toppings and colors.  Market Street starts with crisp, Granny Smith apples, covers them in thick and chewy handmade caramel, then dips them into toppings.  Oh my.  They’re fabulous!

And turning them into placecards couldn’t be easier.

Buy one caramel apple for each guest.  Using a fun font, print each name on the right side of a piece of paper, then cut a long strip, wrap it around the apple stick, glue it in place {a glue stick works great}, and trim the edge.

Place one in the middle of each plate and you’ve got a placecard and a treat or party favor all in one!  {If you think guests will take them home rather than eat them at the dinner, have small plastic treat bags ready for packaging at the end of the evening.}

While you’re at Market Street buying caramel apples, hit the floral department for some fall items that will brighten up your tablescape.  These cloth pumpkins on a stem look great in a vase filled with fluffy acorn tops.

Remove glittery gold leaves from their stems and use them as table scatter or confetti, an easy way to add a quick festive and seasonal touch.

You could even sneak into the produce department for ornamental cabbage, small pumpkins, and seasonal fruit to add another layer of fall.

With a quick stop at the grocery store and a few items you probably have in your cabinet or yard, you can have a simple but beautiful tablescape in minutes.

How are you decorating for fall?
