We love eating baked potatoes with a variety of toppings and serving a baked potato bar with chili and all the fixings is a favorite!

It’s also a great way to serve dinner to a crowd and using canned makes it super easy!  Wolf Brand listened to their customers when they said they wanted a chili with more substance and Wolf Brand Chili now has a thickier and heartier recipe.  Just the way we like it in Texas and perfect for using as a topping on a potato or a hot dog.

To host a baked potato bar, you need a platter of baked potatoes …

… and all your favorite toppings.  We like to top our baked potatoes with warm Wolf Brand Chili …

… shredded cheese, diced red onions and sliced green onions, sour cream …

… and banana and jalapeno peppers.  Can you tell we like a bit of a kick to our food?

Loaded chili-topped baked potatoes are delicious, filling, and one of my favorite meals.
