Are you taking any road trips this summer?  We’re piling our five kids into the minivan and driving almost sixty hours round trip from Dallas to Calgary, Alberta, visiting family and trekking through the hometown where I spent much of my life.  With that much time in the car, I’m been looking for some fun ways to entertain kids on a road trip!  I’ve gathered up a bunch of ideas to help the kids pass the time without driving the parents crazy … which means total road trip success, right?

    These are some great ideas, playing a DVD seems to work real well a lot of times 🙂 Might have to try some of the ideas with my nieces.

    We drove 10 hours when we on vacation at the end of May with a toddler and a preschooler. It was definitely interesting!
