I’m not a kitschy person but I love little souvenirs that remind me of great times. This jar of sand with the picked-from-the-shore seashell label is the perfect reminder of our little beach getaway.

I think I might be doing this with our Florida sand and shells from last summer. I had grand visions of an adorable craft to display them in. Still on the “to do” list with the Family Fun article attached.
This idea is much easier and I even think I have a glass jar around here somewhere. 🙂
Cute idea! We have a couple ziplock bags full of various shells from beach trips…I guess I need a jar instead!
