We’re nearing the end of the year {did you see my post of 25 ideas to ring in the new year?} but we’re also nearing the end of the month so let’s take a quick look back at the creative highlights of December!
In December, I shared great ways to add ambiance with lighting {and a simple DIY project}, a tour of my home at Christmas time, and a fun way to jazz up a grocery store bouquet.
I got busy in the kitchen and posted recipes for homemade bacon dog biscuits, tin roof ice cream pie, double gingerbread cookies, and a melting snowman sundae for the kids.
I also showed you how to host a toffee and nut cocoa bar as well as a Santa cocoa bar and shared some fun ideas for a chocolate dipping station {bacon, anyone?}.
I’m sure you’re probably a bit tired of Christmas projects but you might want to pin these for next year. This month, I made gum-filled Christmas ornaments, created three fun gift toppers, built a stocking hanger, stitched a photo garland, and set a table full of snowman place settings.
And no month is complete without a bit of repurposing. Gather up those wine corks and check out 15 ways to repurpose them!
More great posts to come in January!
