Today was right up there for best moments.

Yes, I adore my husband and my wedding day was perfect.

Yes, I have four beautiful children and I cherish each of their birthdays.

But today I met Martha.

I went to a book signing at Sur La Table for her new book, Cooking School. Stood a foot in front of her. Shared five to ten sentences. She smiled at me. I might be her new BFF.

Is this going to be an official holiday that I need to put on my calendar?!?! 🙂

Awesome! How fun, Randi!! Was she in Dallas? Did she finally ask you to be on her show? Did you exchange personal cell phone numbers? Details…

How cool! How did she look? Was she intimidated by you? What were the 10 sentences?

So let me get this straight… Martha came to Dallas to see you and gave you a signed copy of her book while you gave her a few suggestions for upcoming ideas for her show and she wants you to be a guest!
