How to Print Photos from a Photo Booth

This is a sponsored post on behalf of HP and MomSelect.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This week I hosted a little get-together.  Lots of ladies, teen daughters included, delicious snacks, and … a photo booth!  Yesterday I shared my tips for setting up a colorful photo booth and today I want to tell you how to print photos from a photo booth so you can send them home with all the guests!

I started with a colorful photo booth …

… added some fun props …

… and the guests started posing!

We ended up with so many cute photos from the night …

… and everyone got to take home their favorites.

We used my HP Envy printer and HP Social Media Snapshots Sticky-Backed Photo Sheets to print our photos right on the spot.

We snapped photos on our phones, linked our phones wirelessly to the printer, and used the HP Social Media Snapshots App to frame the photos polaroid-style, add captions if desired, and print them out.

The app allows instagram and facebook pictures to be pulled in as well and the caption will even pull in and can be edited.  It’s such a cool feature and, with the sticky backs, the HP Social Media Snapshots Photo Sheets are the perfect way to print photos and use them as decor.  My teen wants to decorate one of her bedroom walls with all of her instagram photos!

The sticky backs made it easy to display our photos during the party and then, at the end of the night, we replaced the paper on the back and let guests take home their favorite photos.  Being able to send photos home with our friends made the photo booth a lot more fun.

My mind has been swimming with ideas for these sticky photo sheets.  I may print our family Christmas photo on HP Social Media Snapshots this year and send everyone a photo they can display wherever they want!

If you want to try HP Social Media Snapshots, head to Staples to grab a package or two!  Right now through October 31st, HP Social Media Snapshots are buy one, get one free.  Follow the link and click on “redeem now”.

Enjoy … and be sure to let me know how you plan to use HP Social Media Snapshots!
