Our house was noisy and fun this morning. Luke and Lila’s playgroup came over for a little Halloween party.
We planned a few little crafts … decorating wooden masks {I wish I had taken a photo of all the kids wearing their completed masks}, stringing Halloween-themed candy necklaces …
… and making handprint spiders {idea found here}.
When the crafts were completed, the kids dug into the goodies. Friends brought chocolate chip pumpkin loaf, a fruit platter, and cheese and crackers, and I provided sugar in shades of orange. The pumpkin lollipops were gobbled up along with skewers of sour gummy bats, cheddar Chex mix, Oreo pumpkins …
… and gummy teeth.
As always, the kids had a great time with their buddies and I loved my time with the moms.
